I just placed my order, when will it be shipped to me?

Unless your order is placed on hold, our shipping department ships out orders within 1 business day. Any orders placed before 8 am will be shipped same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.

Why has my order been placed on hold?

Don’t hate us! We have a very fancy security system with all the bells and whistles that may have automatically placed your order on hold. As annoying as it can be, we have it to ensure your security as a card holder. Give us a little time (1 to 2 days) to ensure all is correct before shipping your order out to you. We apologize for the delays and thank you for your patience.

How much time do I have to cancel my order?

Not much my dear… Because we hate to keep you waiting, our shipping staff works hard to pack orders and get them on the truck as soon as possible. That said, if we find your ‘cancel request’ before your order is shipped, we’ll definitely shut it down and get your money back to you as soon as possible. In the event it is shipped, we’ll let you return it for a refund within 30 days. See our return policy for full terms and conditions.

How can I pay for order (payment methods)?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards.

I have money in my account but my card keeps getting declined?

How frustrating! Ensure your billing address is correct for the card you are attempting to use at ‘checkout’. If that doesn’t work, we suggest you call your bank to verify they have not placed your card on hold, and that you are inputting the billing address correctly. This step usually takes care of the problem.

Why was my debit/credit card charged if my order did not go through?

It’s hard to keep calm and carry on when this happens, but that’s what we ask you do. Whenever you are attempting to place an order online, the merchant is trying to do two things with your card.
The 1st thing it’s attempting to do is ‘AUTHORIZE’ your funds. This simply means it’s getting approval from the bank that’s attached to your card to release payment where you’re trying to make your purchase. In most cases the bank has no problem releasing the funds, and the transaction is now ‘pending’.
The problem usually happens in step two, where the seller refuses to ‘CAPTURE’ your transaction. The reasonings for refusal vary, but in most cases are due to incorrect details entered in the checkout page. Each time you attempt to ‘authorize’ funds, a new transaction becomes ‘pending’. This is why you may see 2 to 3 charges for the same total. When the funds are not captured, the authorization will become void, and the funds will be placed back in your account. If this has happened to you, the funds should be back in your account tomorrow, but you may want to check with your bank to determine how long it can take. Banks vary in time when it comes to cancelling out authorized transactions that were not captured.

I never cancelled my order, why was it cancelled?

Wow this is embarrassing… We apologize this has happened to you. The order was either cancelled because we did not have the goodies you ordered in our inventory, or because our fraud department may have deemed it too scary to risk shipping.
